About

Joseph Kim was a career diplomat with the U.S. State Department, having worked on dozens of high-performance teams worldwide to carry out sensitive missions on behalf of the White House, policy makers, and ambassadors. He then worked on the leadership teams of entrepreneurial and corporate manufacturing businesses, and later transitioned into coaching leadership teams to reach their highest potential. Joseph specializes in leadership communication in multicultural and intergenerational work settings, advising executives on internal messaging and external negotiations, as well as in strategic relationship building. Speaking several languages, Joseph is able to travel to offer this training to a global audience.
